The medical cannabis dispensary license is a license issued to an entity registered with the South Dakota Medical Cannabis Program, permitting them to dispense cannabis, cannabis products, paraphernalia, and approved cannabis supplies and educational materials to registered cardholders.
The cannabis testing facility license authorizes cannabis testing facilities to legally test cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with the South Dakota Medical Cannabis Program standards.
